Claire Wang is a strategist and pricing expert with two decades of international experience across banking, insurance, telecoms, and technology. Early in her career, Claire believed influence belonged to the naturally charismatic — the ones who could “own the room.” Then she found herself in pricing, a field that seemed all about numbers. What she learned surprised her: pricing is less about mathematics, and more about alignment — getting people with different goals and perspectives to agree on the value of something.
Inside organisations, that meant persuading Sales, Finance, and Product to back a shared decision. Outside, it meant helping customers see why the value justified the price. Over time, Claire realised the price point isn’t the goal — it’s the outcome of alignment. And alignment is what real influence is built on.
That insight reshaped her work. Today, Claire teaches professionals and organisations how to do what great pricers do instinctively: turn analysis into alignment, and alignment into action. Through structured frameworks, she helps experts communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence, so their voices are heard and their impact measurable.
